Política de reembolso

No caso de os servidores da GGPoker travarem ou ocorrer um tempo de inatividade não programado da GGPoker, a GGPoker reembolsará os jogadores conforme descrito abaixo. A GGPoker, a seu exclusivo critério, decidirá de outra forma para quaisquer outros eventos que interrompam o jogo causados pelo Licenciado ou pelos jogadores do Licenciado.

Para Cash Games, todas as mãos em andamento serão revertidas. A contagem de fichas de cada jogador será redefinida para o valor do início da mão.

Para torneios, existem quatro (4) possibilidades dependendo do status do torneio:

Se o torneio ainda não começou, a GGPoker reembolsará todos os buy-ins e taxas aos jogadores registrados.
Se o torneio começou e está em período de registro tardio (ou seja, quando o torneio permite que um usuário se registre como jogador após o tempo de registro fixo) ou se o período de registro tardio terminou, mas o torneio não atingiu o valor pago de lugares, os jogadores restantes serão reembolsados de sua taxa e bounty atual (se aplicável). Em relação ao prêmio, (cinquenta) 50% serão pagos igualmente aos jogadores restantes no momento do cancelamento, sendo os outros (cinquenta) 50% pagos de acordo com a contagem de fichas dos jogadores restantes no momento do cancelamento. Se o torneio tiver uma premiação garantida que não foi atingida ou excedida no momento do cancelamento, apenas o valor da premiação arrecadada por meio dos registros dos jogadores será distribuído.
Se o torneio atingiu os lugares pagos, os jogadores restantes serão reembolsados de sua taxa e bounty atual (se aplicável). Em relação ao prêmio total, o próximo prêmio a ser ganho será distribuído a cada jogador restante no momento do cancelamento, sendo o restante pago de acordo com a contagem de fichas para os jogadores restantes no momento do cancelamento. Todas as transações, incluindo potes ganhos e perdidos, são lançadas na conta dos jogadores ao final de cada mão.
Se um torneio com registro tardio chegar a um ponto em que o próximo jogador eliminado receberá um prêmio (também conhecido como 'no dinheiro'), o registro tardio poderá ser encerrado, independentemente do período de registro tardio detalhado no lobby do torneio. Nenhum jogador adicional poderá entrar. Além disso, em tal situação, o prêmio total do torneio será determinado exclusivamente pelo valor coletado através do registro do jogador, em vez de qualquer valor de prêmio garantido anunciado.

Observe que, ao calcular os reembolsos do torneio, a GGPoker determinará o momento em que a interrupção começou e usará o estado do jogo em qualquer torneio imediatamente anterior a essa interrupção como base para calcular os reembolsos. Nem todos os jogadores podem sofrer interrupções ao mesmo tempo.

Com relação ao Staking Feature e reembolsos da GGPoker, se um jogador vendeu a ação e recebe um reembolso em dinheiro, seja igual ao buy-in inicial e taxa ou maior, os jogadores que compraram a ação receberão uma parte do valor total reembolsado ao jogador apoiado em proporção ao tamanho da aposta comprada.

Nas circunstâncias em que um jogador vendeu a ação através do Staking Feature e recebe um bilhete de substituição ou uma entrada de substituição em vez de um reembolso em dinheiro, os jogadores que compraram a ação receberão os valores apostados em dinheiro.

Refund Policy

In the event of GGPoker servers crashing or a GGPoker unscheduled downtime happening, GGPoker shall refund players as described below. GGPoker, in its sole discretion, shall decide otherwise for any other events disrupting play caused by the Licensee or the Licensee’s players.

For Cash Games, all hands in progress will be rolled back. Each player’s chip count will be reset to the amount at the beginning of the hand.

For tournaments, there are four (4) possibilities depending on the status of the Tournament:

If the tournament has not started, GGPoker shall refund all buy-ins and fees to the registered players.
If the tournament has started and is in late registration period (that is to say, where the tournament allows a User to register as a player following the fixed registration time) or if the late registration period has finished but the tournament has not reached the paid places, remaining players shall be refunded their Fee and current bounty (if applicable). Regarding the prize pool, (fifty) 50% shall be paid equally to the remaining players at the time of cancellation with the other (fifty) 50% being paid according to the chip to the remaining players at the time of cancellation. If the tournament has a guaranteed prize pool that has not been met or exceeded at the time of cancellation, only the prize pool amount collected via player registrations will be distributed.
If the tournament has reached the paid places, remaining players shall be refunded their Fee and current bounty (if applicable). Regarding the prize pool, the next prize to be won shall be distributed to each remaining player at the time of cancellation with the remainder being paid according to the chip count to the remaining players at the time of cancellation. All transactions, including pots won and lost, are posted to players’ account at the completion of each hand.
If a tournament that features late registration proceeds to a point at which the next eliminated player will receive a prize (also known as ‘in the money’), late registration may be closed, regardless of the late registration period detailed in the tournament lobby. No additional players will be able to enter. Furthermore, in such a situation the tournament prize pool will be solely determined by the amount collected via player registration, rather than any advertised guaranteed prize amount.

Please note that when calculating tournament refunds, GGPoker will determine the moment the disruption began and use the state of play in any given tournament immediately prior to this disruption as a basis for calculating the refunds. Not all players may experience disruption at the same time.

With regards GGPoker’s Staking Feature and refunds, if a player has sold action and receives a cash refund, whether equal to the initial buy-in and fee or greater, those players that bought the action will receive a share of the total amount refunded to the backed player in proportion to the size of the stake bought.
In those circumstances where a player has sold action via the Staking Feature and receives a replacement ticket or replacement entry instead of a cash refund, those players that bought the action will be returned the amounts they staked in cash.
